Mapei Ultracolor Plus FA is a flexible, fast-setting, polymer-modified grout designed for both interior and exterior tile installations. Mapei Ultracolor Plus FA is a universal, fine-aggregate grout that works like both sanded and unsanded grout. Because of its unique formulation, it is safe for narrow grout joints as small as 1/16 inch but still strong enough for wide joints up to 3/4 inch.
