Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • A failed delivery due to customer error

  • Refusal of delivery

the customer will be responsible for:

  • The cost of reshipping the order

  • Any additional carrier fees incurred

Reshipping charges must be paid before the order can be sent again.

Lost Packages Due to Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout

  • Lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Order Cancellations

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address and the customer chooses to cancel instead of reship, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
