If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
30-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at sales@tilechoices.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.
Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Re-Stocking Fee:
We Charge A Re-Stocking Fee of 25% of The Product Price.

Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@tilechoices.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly. All Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery, NO Exceptions!

Shipping address
Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)

Orders are processed and shipped based on the exact address provided at checkout.

Address changes can only be made before an order ships
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made
If a package is returned to us because of:
An incorrect or incomplete address
A failed delivery due to customer error
Refusal of delivery
the customer will be responsible for:
The cost of reshipping the order
Any additional carrier fees incurred
Reshipping charges must be paid before the order can be sent again.
We are not responsible for packages that are:
Delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout
Lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Please double-check your address to avoid delays or additional costs.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address and the customer chooses to cancel instead of reship, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Exception of This Policy:
We Don't Accept Return for Sample Products and Single Sheet Tile Orders and all Grout is not returnable, Sorry for the Inconvenience.
